Public Transport: 

Crown Estate office is conveniently located within a short 3 minutes walk of Picadilly Circus (Picadilly and Bakerloo lines) and Charing Cross (Bakerloo and Northern underground lines, and National rail service) just 10 minutes walk from the venue. 

Parking: 

There are no designated parking spaces on site.. Please take this into consideration when deciding your transport to this event. 

Accessibility 

• Please let us know in advance of any event if you or your guests require any assistance with access so we are able to help you.
• Piccadilly Circus underground station is just a 3 minute walk away (0.3 miles/483 metres). The nearest wheelchair accessible underground station is Green Park approximately 12 minutes
  (0.5 miles/805 metres), with Charing Cross mainline and underground being approximately 10 minutes (0.5 miles/805 metres). Please check the TFL website for further details.
• There are no designated parking spaces on site.
• The building has a revolving door at its entrance and an accessible entrance, where a visitor will need to push the Accessible button to open the door automatically. Please note the door moves outwards.
• Once inside the lobby, please make yourself known to the Reception team. There is an area to the left side of the reception desks at wheel chair height, should this be needed. An induction loop is available and the ground floor includes an accessible toilet.
• Please approach the table with the name badges to receive yours and access will be provided through the barriers. Once you have your badge, you will be escorted to the lift and sent to the 7th floor.
• On arrival at the 7th floor, please turn left where you will be greeted by a member of the team. Either the door will be opened for you automatically, or you will be met by a host who can assist you.
• The 7th floor includes an accessible bathroom.
• There is a portable hearing loop and captions will be available for the conference-style sessions.
• The process for evacuating the building will be communicated to you when the event starts.
