Programme for Friday 24 July 2020

Our world-class Global Offshore Wind event has never been more accessible as we launch GOW V-Fest. This virtual festival will explore offshore wind’s role in the green economic recovery, energy transition and opportunities for innovation. Over three days, you will hear from experts sharing insights, knowledge and expertise on the latest developments in offshore wind in the UK, Europe and the world.

Our online conference programme is combined with a virtual exhibition hall to create a unique virtual networking experience for professionals, students and aspiring enthusiasts of the wind industry.  Quite simply: GOW V-Fest 22-24 July 2020 is the virtual place to be!

The expansion of offshore wind is not without its challenges – can innovation address today’s barriers to deployment? Are we seeing innovation come from other sectors? How quickly is the ‘digital revolution’ transforming the sector? What are the most promising innovations on the horizon?
