Anthony Birchall, Lead Condition Monitoring Engineer, RES

As Lead Condition Monitoring Engineer at RES, Anthony leads a team of Condition Monitoring System Engineers in the in the monitoring, diagnosis and prognosis of drivetrain faults for a portfolio of over 1.4GW of onshore and offshore wind assets. With nine years at RES, Anthony is experienced in the CMS analysis, effective planning for drivetrain repairs, end of warranty, long term operational reliability and WTG performance.

Marco Busellatro, Head of Global Wind Predictive Maintenance, Enel Green Power

Electrical Engineer graduate of Padua University, Marco has 8 years of experience in renewable energy industry. Since 2015, he has focused on O&M wind onshore with roles at country and global level as asset performance optimization manager. As Head of global O&M wind predictive maintenance, Marco is currently supporting the transition to an end-to-end data driven maintenance strategy, making “Digitalization” fit O&M Wind organization and processes. Among other activities, CMS analysis, Machine Learning applied on SCADA data and digital inspections have been integrated and introduced as input in the business-as-usual maintenance.

Stefanie Bourne, Director - Renewable Energy Project Development, DNV 

Stefanie is the Business Director for Renewable Energy Project Development at DNV. In this role, Stefanie oversees DNV’s competences related to the development phase of renewable assets in Northern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Leveraging over 12 years of development experience, Stefanie connects developers and investors with DNV’s technical experts to support the development of more competitive, efficient and future-proof projects. Stefanie has worked in all major global markets, including North & South America, the Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific – and has a strong technical background in both atmospheric science, energy yield analysis and site optimisation, project due diligence, site suitability and power performance testing.
