Ilosta has developed a ground-breaking, non-contact tool (Crack Map™) for the inspection and life assessment of engineering structures, which provides accurate predictions of the volumetric extent of cracks based only on a visual inspection. This approach eliminates many of the risks, costs, complexities, and errors associated with the methods that are currently on the market. Ilosta’s cloud-based platform allows users to upload videos or images of an asset, such as a wind turbine blade, to the site. Ilosta's technology will convert the uploaded data into a fully rendered 3D model for the client. Using a combination of AI and fracture mechanics, Ilosta's software will provide a complete analysis of the customer’s asset
