Stands must be completed, and excess products and materials must be removed from all halls no later than 20:00 on Tuesday 28 September – please allow time to load and unload vehicles.

Stand constructors will not be permitted into the exhibition halls before 17:00 on Thursday 30 September 2021.
All exhibits and stand equipment must be removed from the halls by 18:00 on Friday 1 October 2021. Any remaining items will be removed as waste at the exhibitor’s expense.
The venue, ExCeL London has advised of the following conditions of entry, which we, RenewableUK are advising our exhibitors to follow:
- Attendees are encouraged to wear face coverings (not mandatory) whilst on-site.
- Proof of double vaccination or negative lateral flow test (within the last 48 hours) will be required to gain entry to the venue. Please note this will be exercised every time a person enters the venue.

Exhibtors must register all their team colleagues, as per their allocation via the Exhibitor HUB. Each exhibitor lead should have their individual access to the exhibitor hub. Please contact Events@RenewableUK.com if you would like the link re-issued.
All exhibitor contacts will be uploaded by RenewableUK to the RenewableUK Event App (Swapcard) by 17 September, so please do not ask your team colleagues to register there separately in advance. It is imperative that all exhibitor contacts are registered in the exhibitor hub first.

Global Offshore Wind 2021 is wholly owned by RenewableUK, the UK’s leading renewable energy trade association. There are trade publications taking part in the event as media partners and they may contact you for information. RenewableUK produces the only official listing of exhibitors, programme and delegates via its event app and reNEWS is the official show daily event partner.
Other event guides/listing
Third parties such as Expo Guide, Fairguide, Constuct Data Verlag, International Fairs Directory, and others have been targeting exhibitors for paid entries into show guides. Please be aware that any paperwork received from the any of these companies is NOT linked to RenewableUK. These parties use a contract similar to an exhibition organiser's free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to complete the form for an entry in an on-line directory. Exhibitors who sign and return the form can become contracted into a multi-year agreements. The information appears to be from either Global Offshore Wind or
Attendee lists scams
Be aware that there are ‘hoax’ companies, targeting exhibitors and delegates to sign up with them to receive ‘attendee’ lists of Global Offshore Wind visitors. DO NOT respond to any such emails we do not sell or provide attendee data to third parties.
You may also be approached by stand builders, hotel booking agents etc who may claim to be working on behalf of Global Offshore Wind or RenewableUK but are not. The event’s approved contractors are listed in the on-line Exhibitor Manual. We only work with our approved contractors and will never forward your details to third parties.
