For build up and breakdown anyone who wants access to the hall needs to be advised of the H&S procedures of the venue and the show organiser. This is done by the completing the 'Acknowledgement of Site Induction and H&S'. form found on the online ehxibitor manual which each exhibitor must complete. The person completing the form signs to say that they will be responsible for everyone they employ (directly or indirectly) being made aware of these regulations.
Security onsite will check which companies have submitted their completed form. Those who have will be able to collect the ID wristbands from the security staff at the entrance to the halls when they arrive.
Those who haven't will need to complete the form on site before being issued with the ID wristbands.
The wristbands are the ONLY passes that are valid during this period.
