Dujon Goncalves Collins, Senior Strategy Advisor - Aviation, Vattenfall & OWIC

After 27 years RAF service and 5 years at RUK, since 2019, Dujon is lead at Vattenfall for aviation, defence and radar, across their international Wind portfolio. He works with projects and specialist teams internally, and externally with stakeholders. He is Aviation Workstream Lead for Offshore Wind Sector Deal programmes between government and industry stakeholders, including the Joint Air Defence programme. He is Vice-chair of RUK’s Aviation Working Group and Co-chair of WindEurope’s Aviation Task Force.

Mark Balsdon, Head of Airline and Airspace Customer Management, NATS

Mark joined NATS in 2008, He has been involved in several complex solution initiatives. In his current role as Head of Customer Services, Airline and Airspace Directorate, Mark and his team act as client relationship managers with the Industry, working proactively with Government Agencies, Renewables, Airlines and Airspace users to facilitate the delivery of data driven information solutions to overcome aviation issues. Mark is also working on a number of UTM Projects and Airspace initiatives, including strategic solution delivery and continues to develop strong working relationships across the Renewable community, various Government Departments and Airspace Collaborators.
