Andy Knill
Aviation Technical Consultant, RenewableUK

Andy provides specialist aviation input to RenewableUK. After 20 years in the RAF, he was Head of Surveillance and Spectrum Management at the UK CAA where he additionally held responsibility for Wind Turbine and Aviation issues. In addition to supporting RenewableUK, AIFCL and OWIC, Andy is a member of the Performance Review Body for the Single European Sky.

Kate Harvey
General Manager, G+

Kate Harvey is the General Manager of the G+ Global Offshore Wind Health and Safety Organisation. The G+ is owned by the world's largest offshore wind operators and developers. It is committed to promoting and maintaining the highest possible standards of health and safety throughout the life cycle of offshore wind farms. Kate began her career in renewable energy at RWE in 2002. Kate then joined SSE in 2008, where she undertook the following roles: Consents Manager for Greater Gabbard, Project Manager for Galloper, SSE Asset Manager for Dogger Bank and Board member of Seagreen. Kate has been the G+ General Manager since 2016.

Kevin Payne
Policy Specialist, Heliports & Helidecks, UK CAA

Kevin Payne works for the UK Civil Aviation Authority as policy specialist for helidecks and heliports. As author of CAP437 Kevin is working to update to 9th Edition later in 2021. CAP437 attracts global readership with many States following its standards. CAP437 is based on International Civil Aviation Organization document Annex 14 Volume II (Heliports). Kevin chairs the ICAO Heliport Design Working Group tasked to update the Annex and supporting guidance.

Scott Butler
Commercial Director, CHC Helicopter 

Scott has a long history in logistics and helicopter services, as provider and client. In the early days of the wind farm market, Scott was involved with industry discussions around the shaping of access solutions; he is excited to be hands on once again via CHC’s contract with Orsted in Humberside. As the market gathers pace, Scott is focused on innovation – integrated operational solutions and flexible commercial mechanisms.

Harry Bos
Manager of Flights Operations, CHC Helicopter 

Harry joined CHC Helicopters in 2013 and has held a number of key positions, from flight safety officer to Chief Pilot. Harry is presently Manager Flight Operations for the UK. In his time with CHC Harry has been a Union Chairman. Life before CHC was 19 years in the Dutch Military as a helicopter pilot flying both Search and Rescue/ Air Ambulance where he was hoist qualified. Harry also flew support helicopters in war zones doing Combat Medevac and Air Assault by day and night. Harry has over 8000 flying hours to his credit

Erika leads a team of engineering and project management specialists to support the UK’s offshore industry with integrated Marine Operations and Access Services. Erika is focused on bringing new innovation to the industry, building on TSG Marine’s heritage of marine engineering firsts and delivering operational efficiency. Erika also sits on the Board of the North East LEP and is a member of the UK Government’s SME Advisory Board.
