Wave & Tidal 2017
13th Annual Conference & Exhibition | QEII Conference Centre, London | 23 February 2017
The Ocean Energy Race, the Westminster Leg
Wave and Tidal 2017 will bring the industry to the heart of Westminster. The event will showcase our sector’s innovation and the opportunity which wave and tidal offers the UK: bringing industry together with political decision-makers. Held across 24 hours it will contain a two-stream strong programme, an industry-led exhibition, and plenty of networking opportunities including a pre-event networking reception in the capital and the fourth RenewableUK Marine Energy Policy Forum.
The event will bring together leading developers, OEM’s, financial and innovation funding experts, technical and safety professionals, regulators and government stakeholders representing the range of interests across the UK, and wider international marine energy supply chain.
The exhibition will offer opportunities to showcase your company to decision makers and to wider industry with business development still at the heart of the event. The exhibition will take place in a room overlooking the heart of Westminster. Book your stand today.
Outside exhibits also available – please contact Sarah Harper for further information.
The main theme will be the UK opportunity. UK industry is right now in the midst of an Ocean Energy Race. Leading developed and developing countries are competing to see who will be the first to capitalise on our global ocean energy resource, and reap the industrial benefits this offers.
Our first stream will concentrate on policy and strategy with a focus on making sure policy makers and industry are on the same page about how to support this industry. The second stream will explore technical issues and business development opportunities for our sector. Learn more about the top issues challenging the sector and how they may be overcome.
As with all our events there is a unique opportunity to showcase your business, products and services. Our premium packages allow businesses to actively engage with the programme and to innovatively expose their brands and core messaging. Contact Seb Rae for further information.
